

The working principle of weighing module and the way of strain gauge bridge assembly, the data acquisition system consists of lower computer hardware and upper computer software, the software adopts LabVIEW programming technology, the weighing module obtains the radial pressure on the tilting table, the strain gauge under the tilting table generates strain due to the force, the lower computer obtains data signals, and through the serial communication module, the lower computer and the upper computer data acquisition system transmit instructions and data and process the collected signals. The information is transmitted to users by the upper computer panel. This system has the functions of data acquisition and processing, real-time data display and storage, post-processing of data and monitoring of working temperature.

The weighing module adopts imported stainless steel welded sealing sensor with protection grade IP68, which can be used in various harsh environments, meet the requirements of OIML R60 C3 and NTEP 10000 III L, and has a unique structure, which can be easily installed on various tanks. Three kinds of roof structures (fixed, floating and semi-floating) can eliminate the weighing error caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of tanks.
The weighing module is a kind of multi-channel integrated weighing sensor. Several sets of sensors are installed on the tilting table, and different measurement requirements are met by adjusting the distance between sensor blocks. The main function of the weighing module is to obtain the radial pressure on the table, realize the conversion from the local strain of the weighing module to the electrical signal, and then collect and process the electrical signal by using the data acquisition system.
