During the entire batching production process, the main materials and auxiliary materials are mixed in proportion, and the materials conveyed by the screw conveyor are accurately measured through the screw scale. The entire material conveying and batching process is monitored by using PLC, and the function of displaying and alarming system faults is accomplished. The speed of the screw conveyor is achieved by transmitting signals to the frequency converter.
The feeding system mainly consists of a silo, weighing silo, intermediate silo, mixing silo, silo wall vibrator, feeding vibrator, discharging vibrator, as well as a screw conveyor and a mixer, etc. The motor controls each vibrator and mixer. The solenoid valve is responsible for controlling the middle bin door and the discharge door of the mixing bin. The scale frame is suspended by two Weighing modules. When the material on the screw passes above the scale frame, the weight of the material is pressed against the weighing modules by the idlers. The output signal of the weighing modules is directly proportional to the weight of the material. Convert it into the average weight of the material per unit screw length (kilograms per meter). At the same time, the speed module measures the running speed of the screw at that time (meters per second), and thereby calculates the instantaneous flow rate of the material on the screw at that time (kilograms per second). Add them up to form the total material conveying capacity.
When the Batching system is powered on, the motor drives the screw to act, and the microprocessor controls the motor speed. The ingredients fall from the hopper to the unloading area and are conveyed to the weighing area by the screw. The screw scale will weigh the materials on the screw. The load cell outputs a voltage signal based on the pressure of the material. After amplification, it outputs a metering level signal, which is directly proportional to the weight of the material. Then, the signal is sent to the upper computer interface and converted into a flow signal. The flow value is displayed on the current upper computer and simultaneously sent to the PLC. The PLC will compare and calculate it with the given value of the ingredients set by the upper computer. Transmit this control quantity to the frequency converter to change the output value of the frequency converter, thereby completing the control of the rotational speed. Adjust the given amount to be the same as the set value to complete the batching process.
