The P1, P2 and P3 ports of the main control chip AT89C52 are all used as data port lines for data exchange with the outside. The EA pin is connected to the +5V power supply, and the PSEN pin is connected to the OE terminal of the external 12C887. The ALE pin is connected to the OE pin of the 74 series driver chip. T0 and T1 timer modes, while T2 adopts the count reset mode.
To facilitate user operation, the weighing control system adopts key reuse in the keyboard Settings of the filling machine. Through software Settings, the key functions vary on different display interfaces. The control system clock function is accomplished through the DS12C887 chip. This chip features a perpetual calendar, allowing for the setting of the system's operating time. Additionally, the system can be set with a password. Once the operating time is reached, enter the password and the system will resume normal operation.
The weighing and filling machine has developed a filling management system through SOL+WINCC software. The monitoring and control functions are realized by using computers, and the process and equipment control signals such as probe signals, liquid level, pressure, mixing degree, and current signals, as well as the status and start/stop of equipment data of pumps and other facilities, are controlled through programming software to form causal conditions with the Filling system process, achieving logical interlock control.
