The in-feed conveyor is mainly used to increase the speed to ensure that there is enough spacing between the products. Checkweigher is the modern equipment to complete the picking, sorting and placing operations in the distribution center, and is a strong technical guarantee for the sorting and distribution operations. It has high sorting capacity and can handle various kinds of goods. When the product enters the "weighing section" of the weight sorter, the Weighing system quickly detects the weight of the product and immediately makes a judgment on whether the weight of the product is within the target weight range. If the weight of the product is qualified, it will be transmitted out of the weighing machine without any error, if the weight of the product is not qualified, it will give a delayed signal for rejection. At the same time, the system will automatically record the number of qualified and unqualified products.

When the photoelectric sensor at the front of the sorting scale starts to measure the product, the weighing part completes the measurement of the product and displays the data to the operation department during the process of measurement and transportation. The displayed measurement data is compared with the pre-set standard weight value, upper and lower limit values, and overweight and underweight products are identified and sorted. The whole process works continuously without manual intervention. After the weight on the scale reaches the weight trigger point and the set number of invalid weights, the collected number of valid weights is digitally filtered and then averaged when the number of valid weights reaches the set value to calculate the weight of the detected object. The instrument compares this weight with the set standard value to determine which zone the detected object belongs to and whether or not to reject it. When the detected object leaves the scale, the automatic zero tracking starts working until the next item enters the scale.
