The whole process does not interrupt the normal work of the product line without manual intervention. When the weight of the packages running from the conveyor to the weighing conveyor table reaches the weight trigger point after the set number of invalid ADs, the instrument digitally filters the collected number of valid ADs and then averages them when the number of valid ADs reaches the set value to calculate the weight of the detected material. The instrument compares this weight with the set standard value to determine which zone the detected object belongs to and whether to reject it. When the detected object leaves the scale, the automatic zero tracking starts working until the next item enters the scale.
