The liquid medicine Filling machine adopts the German Siemens S7-300PLC programmable controller, distributed I/OET200M and industrial control computer (equipped with WinAC and PROFIBUS-DP adapter card CP5611) to form a new type of filling equipment, and PROFIBUS-DP serves as the network platform for the equipment control layer. The WinCC and MPI networks serve as the human-machine interface and filling maintenance (network programming, human-machine interface backup station) platforms for the monitoring layer. Ethernet serves as a network platform for data management, production, and equipment management layers. Among them, the S7-300PLC programmable controller serves as the lower bit to achieve the collection, operation and regulation of all signals, which are respectively: The on-site units for temperature control, traction control, pressure control and auxiliary control are mainly equipped with WinAC adapters on the industrial control computer, as well as for monitoring the status of the unit, accessing process data, and controlling the automatic filling of the unit. They are also connected to the process-level process control server and production planning server.
