The weighing filling machine consists of five parts: cleaning, filling, sealing, packaging, and inspection. The cleaning process involves cleaning the returned buckets, first injecting a special cleaning liquid into the empty bucket, cleaning and disinfecting the bucket, then pouring the cleaning liquid out through the bucket transfer machine, and sending the cleaned empty bucket to the filling section. The filling section is controlled by PLC to activate the electromagnetic valve to conduct electricity, thereby controlling the air pressure valve to fill the bucket. When the liquid level reaches the standard, the air valve stops filling, and the filling port lowers the filled bucket, and then the bucket is sent to the next processing section by the conveyor belt. The sealing section fixes the bucket cover on the bucket opening to make the screw thread of the bucket cover coincide with the screw thread of the bucket opening. Through the friction chain of the conveyor belt, the bucket rotates, and the bucket cover is tightened to achieve sealing. The packaging section consists of two fixed packaging paper shafts. When the bucket is sent to the packaging position, the packaging tape adheres to one end of the bucket on the side wall, and then rotates the bucket body to make the packaging paper wrap around the bucket. After wrapping once, the packaging tape is cut, and the end of the packaging tape is fixedly adhered to the bonding point. The packaging section is completed. After processing, the product passes through the photoelectric sensor detection in the inspection section for defects, including external damage to the bucket body, poor sealing of the bucket cover, poor packaging, and poor filling liquid level, etc. Finally, the mechanical hand will move the不合格 products to the designated area, and the qualified products are packed.
