When the target setting value is set, the frequency converter is opened, and the liquid flows into the filling barrel through the feeding pump, filling valve and pipeline. When the liquid approaches the set liquid level weight, the frequency converter decreases, so that the filling valve is closed in advance when the specified weight is reached, so that the filling set quantity is equal to the flow quantity.

The automatic filling machine has two working modes, manual and automatic, and the working mode is switched by the transfer switch on the control panel. In manual mode, press the corresponding filling button, when the material reaches the target value set by the touch screen, stop feeding and wait for the filling instruction of the next bucket of material. In automatic mode, when the first material reaches the target value, the filling bucket is filled with the next material, and the cycle is sequential until the last material is filled. Both manual and automatic modes need to set the target value of the material and other related parameters on the touch screen, and the touch screen interface includes the monitoring interface, the parameter setting interface and the alarm interface.
