Based on the mechanics principle, a regional centroid algorithm is proposed by using the relative centroid moment of each pixel on the workpiece image contour, which can accurately detect the inner diameter of the part online.
The weigher also uses DirectShow technology to complete the image acquisition operation. The ordinary camera, as an image acquisition device, provides strong support for the capture and playback of multimedia streams and format conversion or codec. DirectShow can easily capture data from the acquisition card that supports the WDM driver model. DirectShow uses a model called FilterGraph to manage the processing process of the entire data stream. Each functional module involved in data stream processing is called Filter. Each Filter is connected into a pipeline in a certain order in the FilterGraph to coordinate work, and complete operations such as obtaining videos from video devices or decoding video streams.
The weighing and Sorting machine can screen products in different weighing ranges to different flow lines, and is used to display production data such as production quantity, batch tracking, total weighing, effective weighing, and eliminating sorting and weighing on the production line, helping enterprises to achieve process management, improve product quality and optimize production processes. It is usually composed of conveying mechanism, checking scale structure and weighing mechanism.
