

The automatic checkweigher weighs objects in continuous motion, and the dynamic weighing equipment combined with load cells and other parts is not a fully automatic control system with closed-loop control, but a specialized data collection system. It is a specialized data collection system, which solves the problem based on the characteristics and values of the data signals obtained from the dynamic weighing equipment, and separates from them the DC components that are proportional to the quality, and the accuracy caused by the substitution of the specific values by their measured values, which is critically dependent on the influence of the dynamics of the weighing and the dynamics of the weighing system (i.e., the transfer function of the weighing equipment).

This signal is amplified by an amplifier circuit and output to a special analog-to-digital converter, which converts it into a digital signal that can be easily processed and output to a proprietary microprocessor for algorithmic control. That is, according to the dynamic weighing system given the signal characteristics and quantitative values for processing, from which the DC component proportional to the mass is separated, the current dynamic weighing method can be said to be a method based on signal processing. The error that arises when the measured value is substituted for the actual value depends mainly on the disturbances during dynamic weighing and on the dynamic characteristics of the weighing system itself (i.e. the transfer function of the weighing system).
The weighing and checking machine is composed of load cell, weighing controller and inlet and outlet conveyor. Among them, the load cell completes the collection of weight signals and sends the weight signals to the controller for processing. The in-feed conveyor is used to provide sufficient spacing between the products by means of speed. The outfeed conveyor is used to transport the finished product out of the weighing area. When the controller gets the weight signal of the product, the system will compare it with the pre-set weight range and sort the product, the sorting type will be different according to the application.
