The voltage signal output by the weighing module is accumulated through the junction box and then transmitted to the weighing instrument, which displays the weight of materials in the current weighing hopper (reaction kettle weighing) in real time through A/D conversion, where the weighing instrument transmits the displayed weight data to the batching system through serial communication, and the batching system compares the collected weight of the weighing display with the weight set by the touch screen (or computer), so as to control the weighing action of the whole reaction tank.
