The automatic Feeder mainly consists of a reaction vessel, a coarse feeding mechanism, a fine feeding mechanism, a weighing cylinder, a weighing module, a discharging mechanism, a PLC control system and a pneumatic system. When the automatic feeder is in operation, the coarse and fine feeding mechanisms first feed materials simultaneously. According to the output signal of the weighing module, the PLC control system controls them respectively according to the set values of the weighing. When the weighing value of the load cell reaches a certain level, the coarse feeding mechanism stops feeding, and the fine feeding mechanism continues to feed until the set value of the system is reached and then stops. The discharging mechanism flips the weighing cylinder and pours the material into the qualified receiving cup at the working position, completing a qualified weighing process. If the feeding mechanism exceeds the tolerance in feeding, the discharging mechanism will automatically pour the weighed material into the receiving cup of the unqualified station, and the system will give a prompt message. When the material level in the storage bin drops to a certain amount, the alarm will issue an audible and visual alarm to prompt the operator to add materials, ensuring the continuous operation of the automatic feeder.
