The automatic barrel Filling machine adopts microcomputer technology and an ARM control system communicating through the RS485 interface and Modbus RTU protocol. By choosing the working mode, the filling machine can achieve preset target values and any liquid addition working mode selection, and can automatically switch between self-flow mode and pump liquid addition mode. The setting of weight parameters, through intelligent weight judgment, can achieve precise control at the set weight during the pump's liquid filling operation state, effectively avoiding errors caused by human judgment or operational mistakes to the Filling system.

The filling system realizes the start and stop control of the filling system based on the preset filling volume, and completes the accurate measurement, display, settlement, printing and other functions of the filling volume, effectively controlling problems such as overloading. The setting of upper and lower limits for parameters such as pressure, weight and temperature enables the emergency shut-off function in case of abnormal conditions of the filling pipeline, effectively preventing accidents. It can realize functions such as the number of liquid additions, the volume of liquid additions, the query of liquid additions, and automatic accumulation.
