The floor scale uses various networks to conduct real-time queries, records and comparisons of weighing data and various data, and builds a material quantity statistics and management data platform. The working process is as follows: After the tank truck fills the tank tower, it travels to the weighbridge area, comes to a stop and aligns. Then, the infrared signal emitted by the infrared transmitter on the tank truck will be received by the receiver on the wall below the tank tower. The red indicator light will light up and an audible and visual alarm will be triggered. The electronic large screen under the tank tower will display the weight of the tank truck. After a delay of 4 seconds, the computer Weighing system will receive the data and return the signal At this point, the blue indicator light is on, indicating that the weighing is complete. Then, the tanker leaves the tank tower and goes to the designated work room to load the tanks.
