The structure of the belt scale adopts the double-roller weighing form, the weighing frame is supported by high-precision cross torsion springs, and is equipped with automatic belt tensioning mechanism, which can automatically adjust the tension and position of the belt, standard weights and weighting hammers, etc. The belt weighs the material on the belt through the Weighing system. The material on the belt is pressed on the pressure sensor by the weighing rollers, in which the counterweight is used to balance the weighing mechanism, so that the belt has a pre-pressure when it is unloaded.
The main control part of the belt scale adopts PLO Programming Controller (PLC), which consists of CPU module, I/O module, high-speed counting module, AD/DA module and scanner module. the CPU is used for the main program control, a 16-point digital input module and a 16-point digital output module, which is responsible for the digital input and output control of the whole electronic belt scale, as well as the provision of input and output signals required for the linkage with the external machine. The two 16-bit analog inputs and two analog outputs of the NI04I are used for weight sampling, and the D/A is used for frequency control and for outputting a 4-20 mA current signal for the current instantaneous flow. The weight signal is converted into 4-20mA current signal by the transmitter and sent to NI04I: the speed regulation signal processed by the computer is sent to the frequency converter by NI04I: the coded pulses from the speed encoder are sent to the high-speed counter to get the running speed of the belt by PLC operation.
