Negative pressure suction pump produced by the pipeline flow rate is low, and the powder in the suction process along the middle of the pipe flow, the pipe wall wear and tear is small. The whole system has simple equipment, compact structure, flexible process arrangement, and meets the requirements of multi-point simultaneous feeding and multi-point unloading working conditions.
Negative pressure suction conveying pump takes Roots vacuum pump (or centrifugal fan) as the power air source, and by sucking the air in the system, the conveying pipeline forms a negative pressure lower than the atmosphere. The air locker rotates at a constant speed to quantitatively feed the powder into the mixing chamber, while the strong negative pressure airflow generated by the vacuum pump forms a gas-solid two-phase flow with the powder in the mixing chamber. Under a certain flow rate, the powder is sucked along the conveying pipeline to the terminal material-air separation equipment, and the powder is separated by gravity or centrifugal force and falls into the bottom of the silo. The air is purified by the material-gas separation device and then discharged into the atmosphere by the Roots vacuum pump (or centrifugal fan).
The conveying system is widely used in chemical feeding, smelting, pesticide and electronic fields with its unique advantage of no dust leakage. Conveying equivalent distance ≤150m, vertical height ≤25m, specific gravity of heap ≤2.0t/m3, fineness of powder ≤45 mesh, water content ≤3% (based on the basis that it does not form a ball when it is released after grasping and falling freely), instantaneous temperature of powder ≤150℃.
