Vacuum batching machine is an on-line measuring and dynamic metering system, which integrates the functions of conveying, measuring, batching and dosing, etc. It utilizes the different structures of various mixing devices to produce relative motion between powder materials, constantly changing their relative positions and constantly overcoming the tendency of layering materials due to the difference of objects. Negative pressure suction conveying system is a set of low-pressure suction system combined with air locker, material and gas separator and Roots vacuum pump. Through the Roots vacuum pump (or centrifugal fan) to produce a strong negative pressure value, so that the pressure of the conveying pipeline is lower than the external environmental pressure, to avoid the leakage of toxic and harmful dust. Even if there is a broken dust leakage point in the system, it will not cause pollution to the environment. Negative pressure suction pump produced by the pipeline flow rate is low, and the powder in the suction process along the middle of the pipe flow, the pipe wall wear and tear is small.
