The weighing vacuum Feeder solution takes the vacuum feeder as the control unit. Each vacuum feeder is equipped with a corresponding formula setting interface for different formula feeding and conveying, flexibly responding to the tasks of different production batches and the requirements of different formulas. The formula, feeding and discharging are all controlled by a computer.

The scale body, apart from the hopper, is equipped with dynamic Weighing modules, precision amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters, microcomputers, displays, printers and execution systems, etc. The touch screen control system can control multiple agitators and control the time of dry and wet mixing. It can prepare several to dozens of materials and simultaneously display the batching process and print the names, masses, total masses, cycle times, formulas, daily reports, monthly reports, etc. of each material.

The feeding system offers a rich variety of software and is convenient for program modification. It is a product with a relatively high degree of automation. Through the weighing instrument or touch screen, the required weights of various materials are set. The screw conveyor automatically conveys them in sequence to the batching machine for automatic weighing and flow control, thereby achieving precise measurement and batching.

The feeding system uses compressed gas as the power source as the conveying medium. Forced pneumatic conveying is adopted, relying on a sealed pressure vessel (sending tank) as the sender. Generally, the air source pressure is 0.5Mpa to 0.7Mpa, and the operating pressure is 0.3 to 0.5Mpa. The sending tank can only adopt intermittent conveying mode, and the conveying distance can reach over 1000 meters. The way materials are conveyed in pipelines at a lower speed, in a dune state, in a fluidized or agglomerated state is called positive pressure dense phase conveying. According to the conveying characteristics, the system can also be divided into two types: positive pressure dense phase dynamic pressure conveying and positive pressure dense phase embolic conveying. The way materials are conveyed in pipelines at medium and low speeds in a sand dune state or in a fluidized state is called dense-phase dynamic pressure conveying. The way materials are conveyed in a pipeline at a relatively low speed in an agglomerated state is called dense-phase embolization conveying.

Basic principle

Due to the effect of pressure, the material enters the conveying pipe from the sending tank. The compressed gas forms a pulse gas flow (air knife) through the opening and closing of the solenoid valve at a certain frequency. With the pressure of the air knife being greater than that of the sending tank, the material is cut into a material plug. Relying on the static pressure difference before and after the material plug as the driving force, the material is pushed forward. After reaching the separation device for material and gas separation, the material falls into the silo, and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere. Achieve conveying.
