The structure of weighing control system is relatively simple, the volume of the silo is relatively small, the body is made of one casting, after machining molding. According to the different situations for the layout of the air intake point, installation can save space, but also because of the special nature of the silo pump material and therefore wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, can convey high temperature, rough materials, and can realize long-distance conveying.

The feeding system is arranged below the outlet of the dust collector's electric field, and the mixers of the two electric fields share a common ash conveying pipeline through a pipeline switching valve. Only ash from one electric field at a time can be conveyed through the ash pipeline, so the mixers of the two fields run alternately. The level meter in the dust collector hopper is overridden, or a set period of time elapses, triggering a conveying cycle. The inlet dome valve of the mixer opens and the ash falls into the mixer by gravity. During the filling process, the line dome valve closes and seals the ash delivery pipe to prevent air from being drawn in due to the negative pressure of the ESP through the delivery pipe. After a timed delay, the inlet dome valve will close and the line dome valve will open. After all inlet dome valves are closed and sealed, there will be a short delay to allow the line dome valves to open before air is introduced to the main pumps. With the transfer air valve open, all ash from the pumps will enter the transfer line and be transported to the target ash bank. After the ash has been unloaded into the ash bank, a drop in delivery pressure is signaled, the delivery air valve closes, and the cycle is complete.

This conveyor is used for conveying dry and fluid materials. Each set of feeding station is equipped with a bin pump control box with solenoid valves and pressure switches associated with this pump in the pan. The remote control is controlled by a PLC. The main control screen includes control, indication and alarm messages. It can be adopted to operate with a single unit arrangement or multiple units in series arrangement. It is used for conveying fly ash under the electric precipitator, and can be carried out for a long distance of about 800 meters. Simple structure, small maintenance workload, large conveying capacity, good ash-gas ratio.
