After each batching is completed, it is lifted to the batching machine by the screw conveyor, mixed by rotation, and then automatically discharged or reversed to the storage bin. The speed regulation of the screw conveyor is controlled by the PID algorithm. At the same time, to monitor the changes in parameters during the production process, the PLC collects real-time signals of the motor speed and the real-time density signal of the powder input by the weighing module, and outputs it to the operator interface for easy monitoring by the operator.
The batching system controls the frequency of the frequency converter using the PID regulation method through PLC, thereby controlling the actual feeding volume output by the feeding motor. The hopper scale is a measurement feedback device that measures the actual feeding volume signal value and compares it with the target value, then outputs the system control quantity, thereby improving the stability of feeding. It is beneficial for automatically controlling various powders quantitatively, achieving stable output and quality. After pressing the start button on the motor, the screw motor needs to be connected to start rotating, and then feed into the hopper scale. Set the raw materials contained in the hopper scale to the corresponding weight, perform the full signal action, and the valve opens when it receives the signal, then stops working and no longer conveys the raw materials. Using the outfeed screw motor switch and the opening valve, the raw materials on the screw will be transported over, at this time, the corresponding hopper scale gate will open and transport the materials to the lower screw. When the gate opens, the upper-level switch signal will be automatically activated, the switch will cut off the opening valve signal action, and at this time, the screw conveyor will no longer work. The raw materials on the hopper scale will automatically fall until there is no raw materials on the scale. At this point, the feeding valve switch will be triggered to close, the switch will cut off the signal for the screw motor, and the circuit will be connected. After connection, the gate will close. When all the raw materials have been discharged, the gate will close completely, and the lower-level switch signal will be triggered. The switch will close the gate motor and connect the screw motor signal. The raw materials will then be re-conveyed from the storage bin to the screw for the next round of feeding process.
