The feeding system mainly consists of two Roots blower units, a main feeding pipe and several branch feeding pipes, pneumatic two-branch directional control valves (hereinafter referred to as branch valves) and several cyclone separators. One of the two blowers is a backup blower. Each Roots blower unit consists of one Roots blower, one pneumatic motor and one blower control cabinet. Its task is to generate the compressed air flow required for pneumatic conveying. The blower outlet is connected to one end of the mixing chamber, and the main conveying pipe is connected to the other end of the mixing chamber. The materials can only reach this extruder and not other positions. Then, the fan will blow the air-material mixture in the mixing chamber through each link of the conveying channel to the corresponding cyclone separator. After separation, the materials will reach the hopper of the corresponding extruder.
