The manual filling scale uses a microcontroller as the control core, a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller designed using the CMOS process. It has an internal 8k in-system programmable Flash memory. The chip is fully compatible with the industrial 80C51 product instructions and pins, and the on-chip Flash allows the program memory to be programmed in the system, and is also suitable for general programmers. The microcontroller is mainly used to collect the set value of the filling quantity, process the pulse signal of the weighing module, the touch screen drives the relay to drive the frequency converter to control the motor and the centrifugal pump to convey the material, and through the weighing module, it calculates the pulse signal of the pipeline tube flow, obtains the actual weight of the liquid discharged by the Weighing system, and controls the motor to run according to the difference between the actual filling quantity and the set value, so as to realize the accurate control of the filling quantity according to the actual needs.

Automatic Filling machine is mainly composed of DC frequency conversion motor, centrifugal pump, weighing instrument with touch screen control box, filling machinery, cylinder filling gun, filter, pneumatic ball valve and so on. Among them, the control system is mainly composed of AT89S52 microcontroller, peripheral circuits, relays, potentiometers, weighing instruments and touch screen. Through the weighing module to calculate the amount of liquid, the sensor data into the control system control system and then control the motor operation, you can realize the real-time monitoring of the amount of liquid.

The automatic filling machine mainly accomplishes collecting data from the weighing module, displaying data from the touch screen, accepting data input from the potentiometer, and controlling the stable operation of the system by controlling the relays and solenoid valves, including the main program, the sensor data collection subroutine, the timer interrupt service program, and the LCD display subroutine.
