In this regard, it is urgent to put forward a set of comprehensive, dosage system and effective integrated solutions for energy consumption management.

Second, the construction objectives

The project aims to build a complete real-time management digital platform integrating chemical energy consumption real-time measurement and dosage, statistical analysis and automatic dosage system through the chemical energy consumption integrated dosage management system, and the measurement and dosage system realizes the openness and transparency of the energy consumption data under the premise of guaranteeing the information security to achieve energy consumption quota management and no-cost and low-cost energy management, and to establish a set of scientific energy consumption management system.

Overall design program

The automatic dosage system integrates cloud computing, Internet of Things technology, intelligent security isolation "firewall" and centralized management mode, and adopts layered and distributed integration design idea to build a set of energy-saving supervisory platform for production organizations with strong reliability, high efficiency and high degree of sharing, based on guaranteeing the information security of the whole dosage system.
