The storage system is composed of large storage bins, bag filters, induced draft fans, balance valves, screw feeding devices, storage hoppers, etc. The powder conveyed by the conveying system is sent to different large storage bins for storage according to their models. When conveying powder, the induced draft fan automatically starts and controls the powder to fly through the bag filter. The balance valve automatically opens to balance the pressure inside the large storage bin. The conveying system is composed of a gas source, a pressure conveying tank, a distribution valve and a double-pipe conveying pipeline, etc. After the powder is sent to the pressure conveying tank through the unpacking hopper, compressed air is sent into the tank to blow up the powder, keeping it in a floating state. When the pressure inside the pressure conveying tank reaches a certain value, maintain the pressure for 2 to 3 minutes, then open the discharge valve and the compressed air valve on the conveying pipeline at the same time. Under the action of compressed air, the powder is conveyed along the conveying pipeline to the storage tank. The interior of the storage hopper is sprayed with anti-sticking and anti-corrosion chemical raw material paint, which not only ensures smooth powder discharge and prevents the powder from adhering to the inner wall, but also effectively prevents the powder from corroding the storage hopper, thereby extending the service life of the storage hopper.
