The conveying system is composed of a gas source, a pressure conveying tank, a distribution valve and a double-pipe conveying pipeline, etc. After the powder is sent to the pressure conveying tank through the unpacking hopper, compressed air is sent into the tank to blow up the powder, keeping it in a floating state. When the pressure inside the pressure conveying tank reaches a certain value, maintain the pressure for 2 to 3 minutes, then open the discharge valve and the compressed air valve on the conveying pipeline at the same time. Under the action of compressed air, the powder is conveyed along the conveying pipeline to the storage tank. To ensure a constant conveying pressure, compressed air of the same pressure is replenished into the conveying pipeline at certain intervals on the conveying pipeline, which can guarantee the conveying speed. The inner pipe is made of flexible rubber material, which can resist powder erosion and reduce the breakage rate of powder particles during high-speed conveying.
