The mixing and stirring device of the two kinds of slurry adopts mixing motor, and the measurement is carried out by sl, s2 and s3 as weighing sensors. Xl, X2 and X3 are controlled by three solenoid valves, respectively controlling the conveying slurry A, slurry B and releasing the mixed material. It should be noted that xl, x2, x3 must use soft connection when connecting with the tank. Before starting the mixer, the container is empty, the weight signal detected by the weighing module is zero, each valve is closed, and the stirring motor is not working. When the agitator starts to work, press the start button first, the valve xl opens, and the slurry A is injected. When the weight of the injected slurry A reaches the predetermined value, the control instrument output signal Pl to the relay KA1, and KA1 controls the solenoid valve xl to close. At the same time, a pulse signal is output to relay KA2 to make KA2 control x2 open and feed slurry B. When the weight of B slurry reaches a predetermined value, the control instrument output signal P2, so that x2 is turned off. Start at the same time, start mixing slurry. At this time, due to the rotation of the agitator, the weighing module is in dynamic state. The agitator is controlled by the time-delay relay. When the set stirring time is reached, the agitator stops stirring. After the weighing body is stabilized, the pulse control signal P3 is sent to KA3, and KA3 controls x3 to open and feed the slurry. When the slurry of the tank is finished, a new cycle is started.
