

The feeding system is a kind of production equipment which is used to process different powders automatically and accurately according to a certain proportion in industry. Pneumatic conveying uses gas energy to transport solid particles and powders. It adopts higher conveying gas pressure, lower airflow speed and higher solid-gas ratio, and achieves conveying in the ratio of conveying air volume and discharging amount (the material is approximately in the plunger state in the pipeline). The compressed air through the compressor enters the material conveying pipeline. Pellets from the silo into the delivery line via a rotary Feeder are transported by compressed air in the delivery line to a pre-selected destination bin. The amount of gas transported is not constant, but dynamic change, the size of the gas through the gas control valve to adjust, in order to achieve the purpose of stable transmission.
